Cancellation and Refund Policy

At EcoNxt, we aim to ensure that you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review the policy below.

1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.

  • To cancel, please contact us immediately at contact@econxt.in or +91 9035636027.

  • If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.

After Shipping
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • You may still request a return after receiving the product (see Return section below).

2. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Return

We accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (toothbrushes, soaps, reusable pads, etc.)

  • Food, wellness, or edible products

  • Customized / personalized items

3. Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

4. Replacement Policy

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer:

  • Free replacement of the same product
    OR

  • A full refund, based on your preference.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit/debit card provider
